End of boil-water advisory in Sherbrooke

The City of Sherbrooke would like to inform its population that the latest water tests in Sherbrooke do not indicate any presence of the E. Coli bacteria in its water reserves as well as in its distribution network. In consequence, with the authorization of the Ministère de l'Environnement et de la lutte contre les changements climatiques (MELCC), the City of Sherbrooke has lifted its boil-water advisory throughout its territory. It is no longer necessary to boil water before consumption.
The City of Sherbrooke would like to thank all of its institutional and commercial partners for their support in informing their respective networks and the City would also like to thank the population for its great collaboration in the last 48 hours.
